  • Sorry I don;t have any really good suggestions for you, but just wanna say I'm in the same boat as you. I have an interview today for my dream job, first interview in almost 6 years!

Just be yourself (so everyone keeps telling me!) and good luck!

  • Oh one thing I've thought of is to use the STAR acronym to reply to questions of the "can you tell me about a time when you have...."

    Situation
    Task
    Action
    Result

This helps you stay on the right track rather than ramble!

Hi, I am a pharmacy assistant in an NHS hospital, if there are any questions you have please feel free to ask away, either here or via a pm.
Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!
:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!

NHS interviews tend to have scenarion type questions, "What would you do if..." etc. So try to think of some problematic situations that might come up and how you would deal with them. If its a customer facing job at least one of the scenarios will probably be to do with dealing with an angry or distressed member of the public.
