For any IT contractors looking for a mortgage or remortgage I would have no hesitation in recommending these brokers.
I first contacted them on 5th Jan for a remortgage and the formal mortgage offer has already come through.
Best of all, the only income information they needed was my hourly rate. Obtaining mortgages for IT contractors has always been a nightmare as the High Street building society branches usually take a sharp intake of breath and start shaking their heads as soon as you mention hourly rates.
Their communication with me has been excellent, mostly by email, and all my proofs of Id etc were sent back to me immediately via Special Delivery. I posted them my passport on Saturday (bit dubious about that because I am going abroad in Feb) and I received it back this morning.

Let me emphasize, I have no dealings with them whatsoever apart from being a satisfied client.

I deal with them as well......Scot Life completely messed up my pension and Contractor Financials compensated me out of their own pocket and sent me a nice bottle of something. I agree with the OP about them.illegitimi non carborundum0
