I am filling in the forms on the insolvency website. Is it just the one form with the 13 Sections? If so there is no part where I have to work out my OH contribution to my income and vice versa. It just asks straightforward questions. Am I missing a form?

Hi it is all just as the one form online, but when you print off, it comes out as two separate forms - 6.27 and 6.28. it is thirteen sections long! but on the part about where you put your wages - i think it does ask about partner's contribution to the household.

That explains why I couldn't find another form. For my partners contribution I have added up all household expenses and put this. Thank you for all your help.
