What's in the Ikea Sale?

Apologies if this duplicates another question, I couldn't find any other threads relating to this current sale. Since I don't have a car I haven't been able to get to our nearest Ikea during the current January Sale. The website doesn't help; could anyone tell me what their impression of the discounted stock was? Predominantly furniture, homewares, textiles etc? Any memorable discounts?

I saw this and thought "What? IKEA are having a sale?"

I went to the Leeds store on Tuesday night and don't remember seeing anything sales related.

I didn't exactly hang around ambling around though but still covered most of the store to get to where i needed to be.

The answer to your question is not much. As usual.

The Ikea sale is always a bit of a fake. Anything reduced is something random that you wouldn't buy - like a seat cover for a chair you don't own.

I was there on the second day of the sale - not for the sale - and it was much like any other day in Ikea. But quieter, lol!

Not much - I went last week. A couple of the cheaper office desks had a few quid off and there were a few half price baubles. Nothing spectacular!
