Bank charges

I know there is a big long thread on here regarding bank charges, but I can't find it at the moment.
I also know some of you don't agree with going for refunds of bank charges, but I added up the charges for the last 4 years with my bank, and it comes to over £1,400!!
I also have another bank account that I had been repaying the overdraft on through the CCCS and they hadn't been sending me statements and I think they've been charging my £28 a month for who knows how long. I owe £500 more than when I started paying it back and I've paid back over £600. I've written to them to ask for copies, but no response, so Recorded Delivery letter is going today.
Can someone out there help me with the process? Is it possible to charge interest and how do I go about calculating it?
Is there anything else I should bear in mind?
I guess what I'm after is a step by step guide if anyone would mind taking the trouble to provide the info? It's not that I don't agree with charging, but the charges are ridiculously high.
Thanks in advance.

I think it's this you want, or there's a link in this to it:

Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

The best site to visit is https://www.bankchargeshell.co.uk for a copy of letters you can send0 -
A copy of your spreadsheet would be great. The dates are all different and it looked a little daunting!
