Would Sainsburys have to give me a refund?

I know that a Kenwood Frothie had a sticker on the shelf saying was £39.99 now £34.99 but was coming up at £39.99 on the scanner.
If I bought it knowing this and I went to complain at customer services, what would they do?
Would they only have to refund the difference or could there be a chance that they would give me a full refund and the frothie maker?

Just tell them at the till that it's £35, that would work to your favour as they won't like holding other people up0

I'd expect them to refund the difference; I've (very rarely) had a problem with mis-priced products in Sainsbury's and this is always the solution offered. Good enough for me!
Why would they want to give you a refund *and* the frothie maker?0 -
I would take it back and buy it from Tesco for £25......0
