Wow Mitchaa I can honestly say that never crossed my mind what so ever. I can probably trace about 80% of my loans from F&F dating back circa 7 years. I would love to leave them off as I wouldn't want them dragged into it all, they've helped me through some very tough times and I will pay them back before or after my BR regardless. I just need to know what my options are. However, I can't leave them off as I that would be illegal.
If I didn't have 30k with F&F I would have 60K with banks or be homeless so it's all debt and its my reality. My aim is to be in a good position after BR, selfish maybe but I have to find a why to survive this. I would be glad to pay it all back if I could and to be honest over a long time I would but with creditors banging my door down today I can't.
And to be honest my F&F debt is a heavier weight around my neck which means more to me to clear than any organisation right now. So I will clear it, heance my questions because I want to be ina osition to do so now but if I have to wait I will but I will pay them back. I advise you to read my prevouse threads/posts to clear help ease your suspicion, but if it doesn't I guess I ce-la-vi the OR is who I need to convince and with my paperwork it will be there in black and white.0 -
Also Peachyprice is right it isn't worth it they won't get much back, through the IPA which is why I am prepared to repaythem from my outgoings and live lighter. There are people who transfer ownership in their assets to retain income. I have nothing so the more I can keep from my income the more I can support my life and retain the trust and support of my F&F0
