    Yes, many peoples' sad tales of disappointment with Tesco Electrical. Mine among them. Sorry, thought it used to be available through Search facility and not sure now how to track it down. Basically they dont send stuff promptly, dont update their site for you to progress your order and, in my case anyway, send the wrong goods then refuse to take responsibility for it.

    Sorry to hear that.

    I've used Tesco Electrical a couple of tiomes now and very pleased with their service.
    First time product arrived within a couple of days and no issues whatsoever (other than the amazingly low price)
    Second item was also very cheap and arrived within 2 working days - unfortunately Tesco did charge my credit card more than was agreed on order - I sent them an email to challenge the amount charged. They responded within 4 days, admitted they got it wrong and immediately reimbursed me the difference.

    If you want to return goods, full contact details & instructions are given on the delivery note, which is also the returns form. (Non-faulty goods can be returned in an as sold condition within 14 days, no questions asked)
