Unpaid Expenses

The company I was working for recently lost the contract and I was tupe transfered to the incomming company.
At the time there was a balance of around £130 in unpaid expenses.
I have sent various requests for payment inclunding copies of the receipts but the company doesn't even respond to my letters.
What can I do to obtain payment?
Can anybody help me? Or where can I get good advice from?
Thanks

    Who are you contacting?

The incoming company will have taken over all liabilities and responsibilities so that's who you should be chasing. They should have a record of outstanding expenses as part of their due diligence process pre takeover.

You can escalate using your grievance procedure. ACAS will be able to help.

    Good luck
