i won a cake decorating stencil of it!!!!! the one with tick for prize a,b,c etc!!
how cool as im learning how to make cakes without them sinking! so this will go in my accessories box!

Perhaps you should call it a Victoria Mess (in the style of Eton Mess). Tho if you called it Victoria's Mess that would sound less appetising...
