Found this inside the Style magazine that comes with the Times on Sunday, its free so figured it may help someone on here- not checked it out myself as yet.
You can access Mytrainer free for one month (normally £15). Just enter "mrstyle" at www.timesonline.co.uk/mytrainer
Its a health and fitness programme that you can gear towards your living room, or gym- wherever suits you. The emphasis is on focusing on a goal and working towards it. Matt Roberts- the guy in charge, is a Personal Trainer who also has gyms in various parts of too-expensive London (Mayfair, Hamstead, the City)
HTH someone.:o

Sounds interesting!
Did they ask for payment details to do the trial? I'm notorious for forgetting to cancel things lol0 -
I have just signed up for this and was just checking it was on the site and no, you don't have to put in any payment details which is great. I have 12 months till my wedding, which seems a long way away, but think it might take a lot of work to get as fit and thin as I want to be!0

It would take payment after the first month so its something you would need to cancel -or at the very least, set up the direct debit then straight away cancel with the bank. Write it in your diary and within 7 days of joining up to go online and cancel- as to get onto the site to do anything you would need to log on to your account so in theory it shouldnt be too difficult to remember. You are likely to remember if you do this within a week rather then waiting a further 2 or 3 weeks later. When I have done this with other companies, despite me just using the site for a week before cancelling, I get the entire month for free still! (WhichOnline and weekly magazines like Time Out)
Also, don't forget to read how much time you need to give them before you can cancel.0 -
It didnt ask me for card details, im confused now! Will I get a charge for this?0

If it didn't ask you for card details then no- if I joined for more then 1 month, I would pay, if you only took up the free offer, it would be free
Sorry if I confused you- was going to join and "test drive" it but then got a triple wam bank charges, (spent £20 over my overdraft and have £100 fees) so no free cash for a very very long time. I have joined but really wanted to do more then 1 month! It is free for that first month.0
