Sky Pre Christmas Offer £15 credit and £50M&S vouchers

We took out sky vision with call package in the correct time when this offer was on and we were connected within the correct timescales to qualify for the £15 credit and £50 m&s vouchers and are yet to recieve anything.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of sorting this out???

The £15 credit will automatically go onto your account within 60 days of your account going active. The M&S vouchers are normally sent out 28 days after you have been installed, what are the m&s vouchers for?

Is it intro a friend or taking the sky movies pack? HTH

my friend got his m&s vouchers before it was even connected lol...i suppose every situation is diffrent...if your worried,give them a call.

Hmm we haven't had the £15 credit yet and have been connected since 19th november or so.
The M&s vouchers were just for joining (not actually taking out a specific package)

I've emailed and called to no avail booo hooo
