I have stopped paying my crediters this month and am in court in March, the money by not paying my creditors is to be for my BR fees.
There will be more money than I need for the fees. Should I pay something to all creditors or more to others, or none at all and keep the cash

That was my plan, concerned what the OR will say0

Ditto Max's advice - you'll need that money saved for emergencies - or the odd takeaway etc.

CCCS advised me to pay nothing to creditors, save for fees etc0

Yes and I will be getting an IPA the only thing I dont know is how much yet0

Patsy, I meantb when you stopped paying the creditors, did you just make the £495 for fees or did you have a bit more0
-
I had more than that as an excess which CCCS said is fine, so thats what I did, stopped paying all my creditors0
-
I had an excess too - I used it to stock up for the coming months when I knew that money would be tighter .....
If my OR interview doesn't take place before, then I will have a surplus in January as well, after my BR. I plan to get new glasses and renew my passport.
That sort of thing....
creditors - nope!
