Hi Max I get your point but remember back to your SOA (remember back when you were bankrupt!) - didn't you try and get the maximum allowance?

in fact i dont recall being asked, as i had nil income of any sort, and if you recall i was not of any fixed abode.0 -

I would leave it as it is if I were you. I have seen some allow that much and some not. It depends on the OR to be honest. So I would suck it and seeSame with the holiday.
As for the partnership to be honest I am not 100%. Give the Insolvency Service a ring in the morning and ask (number in the Bankruptcy Help sticky.) Please let us know what they say. I am assuming they will say split income 50/50.Namaste DeeDee x0 -
I can't really recall the details but if you had nil income then you weren't facing an IPA. What would you have done if there was a possibility of paying IPA?

well i am hopng that we can both get our interview together, so my reckoning was that i did exactly teh same soa for wifey and then explain what we have done in interview, or would we get pulled up at court beforehand?0 -
