    no

    in fact i dont recall being asked, as i had nil income of any sort, and if you recall i was not of any fixed abode.
  • Ok, at the end of the day there must some sort of limit the OR will allow for clothing for a family of 2AD 3CH. Will he allow what i have put or not, its irrevelant what we ACTUALLY spend isnt it!!

    doesnt bother me personally but im not the OR...

    Ok, at the end of the day there must some sort of limit the OR will allow for clothing for a family of 2AD 3CH. Will he allow what i have put or not, its irrevelant what we ACTUALLY spend isnt it!!

    I would leave it as it is if I were you. I have seen some allow that much and some not. It depends on the OR to be honest. So I would suck it and see :) Same with the holiday.

    As for the partnership to be honest I am not 100%. Give the Insolvency Service a ring in the morning and ask (number in the Bankruptcy Help sticky.) Please let us know what they say. I am assuming they will say split income 50/50.

    well i am hopng that we can both get our interview together, so my reckoning was that i did exactly teh same soa for wifey and then explain what we have done in interview, or would we get pulled up at court beforehand?
