Is there an point by point idiots guide on the steps and processes when to do what etc I might have missed something but it all looks so complicated at this moment! :eek:

Good Morning CJOR,

Do you mean the steps for actually filing for BR, or all the other bits such as bank accounts etc?
What I did was to read through all the literature from the Insolvency Service that was relevant. All the links are in fermi's sticky at the top of the board.

I printed off the ones that were really relevant to me, I find it a lot easier to refer back to paper pages rather than a computer screen - I remember where it is!!
Then I asked questions on here and made a list of the what needed doing and in what order and just worked my way through them, asking lots of questions on the way.
It seems confusing but it isn't really. The CCCS have a specialised BR team that will always clarify things for you as well.
