Scotland is overly dependent on government spending, it means the effect of the recession will be less in the short term but MUCH worse in the long term.
Fact is whoever wins the next elections is going to need to savage public spending and if its the torys why are they going to give a monkeys protecting a constituency they have no chance of winning.0 -
