New Amazon Seller Account Help!

Hi guys,

I opened a amazon seller account so i could sell a few stuff i do need anymore after i made the account, i manage to sell 2 of my stuff the next day i got an email from amazon:

Greetings from Amazon.co.uk,

This message is to inform you that we have blocked your Amazon.co.uk seller account. Your open listings have been cancelled and you are no longer able to sell on our site.

We have taken this action because it has come to our attention that this account is related to an account which has been previously blocked for violations of our Participation Agreement.

While we do not provide detailed information on how we link related accounts, we have thoroughly reviewed our records and have confirmed we have significant evidence that this account is related to another account previously closed for violations of our Participation Agreement.

If you still have items to dispatch, please take appropriate steps to resolve your pending sales. Your seller account will remain accessible and you are encouraged to refund or dispatch pending orders.

Any funds that were in your account at the time of closure are on temporary hold pending the resolution of your sales. Funds are generally held for 90 days and will be released minus any unresolved chargebacks or A-to-z claims filed against your account.

While we appreciate your interest, please understand that the closure of an account is a permanent action. Any subsequent accounts that are opened will be closed as well. Thank you for your understanding of our decision.


I sent both packages, but amazon said the payment would be frozen or held for 90days but in my account its say my money can be with draw on 14th look:

I dont know; Amazon banned me from selling as someone pretended a mobile phone I had sent them had not arrived, yet I had a proof of postage.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, the Amazon participation scheme that we sign up to requires proof of delivery (as does ebay) in this sort of case. However a mobile assuming it was worth over £36 was surely sent special delivery so if that did not show the phone was delivered then you have a valid claim from Royal mail for loss.

rdhumifyd you might be better asking this on the ebay and other...forum, this is actually the 'shop but don't drop board' and is used for bargain spotting .

However, the first question must be is your account associated with a previously suspended account, ie, has anyone else in your house or have you ever previously held an Amazon account that has been suspended for any reason?
