Am absolutely gutted - ordered and checked out over 10 items on Monday with confirmation email received from M&M Direct. Checked my CC balance online this morning to find an odd amount had been debited so just called M&MD only to be told that every single thing I ordered apart from 1 was out of stock :mad:

So I have ended up with 1 item and paid more in postage than the £1.94 I spent. The lady at M&MD suggested that I send it back (when it arrives) with a covering letter and that they would refund the whole lot inc p&p. Apparently the website doesnt update quick enough and they are being flooded with orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Hope everyone else thats ordered isnt as disappointed as me

my husband ordered mabout 9 items and they were all delivered yesterday but then again maybe mens stuff isnt as popular? thats a bit unfiar though to take your money for just one item, surely instead of sending it back they could just refund you the p&p?
