Hi Everyone,
When I left my previous job, I received a P11d form regarding the "benefits in kind" I received and I should declare it when I carry out my self assessment.
The benefit in question is Bupa Medical Insurance
I have been scratching my head for hours trying to figure out where to declare this on the online form. Can anyone help? I'm sure it's part of the reason the revenue want £500 of me!

I use a proprietry software program so don't have knowledge of the Revenue's online filing software.
But the benefit should end up being declared in box 11 of page E1 which is the relevant employment supplement. This is headed "Private medical and dental insurance".
