Saw this in the Observer yesterday. Apologies if it's already been posted.
If you own a Renault between 3 and 7 years old you can receive Renault Xtra Assistance for no charge simply by having your MOT Test (Vehicle Safety Check in Northern Ireland) at a Renault Dealership.
Renault Xtra Assistance is AA Roadside Assistance.
Cost of MOT at a Renault Dealership - £44.15
VSC (N.I.) - £18.95
Offer ends: 31st March 2006.
Call:
0800 51 61 71 for your voucher.
No good for me, as my MOT doesn't run out until May and I've got cover from Autonational Rescue. It may be of use to someone out there, though.
I know the cost of the MOT is a little steep, but MOTs have gone up anyway. It's still a cheaper way of getting roadside assistance from the AA than having to buy it separately.

my 2002 clio needs scrapping lol. Cant wait for my new car, going to look for an audi or bmw. I dont know how much insurance will be at the age of 18. Renaults are good just dont feel like a car to me, i always seem to have problems. Like every week or so, something might happen, like today i think i need to fill the air up in the tyres. But oh well it will do for now.If people cant help people on these threads, then they should rather not say anything then say something which isnt any use to the person who needs help0

yeh but the prob with bmw's is that they are overpriced and in standard booted spec are not very practical.....also standard features on most cars are EXTRAS! my friend paid 29000 for a year old 47000 5 series....nice motor but he was amazed to learn that my pug 307xsi has more features, also split fold rear seats are an OPTION...lol!
Was going to get a bmw but not now....will save mt money instead!
my wife has a merc and theyre just as bad...child friendly...no.Stevie Coppell's record breaking blue and white royal army - championship winners 2005-60 -
