    Do you want to give up the car? The OR should have no interest in it as it doesn't belong to you. It is on HP, not a loan correct?

    I don't want to give it up but I am kind of expecting it. I need to get to work, pick the kids up etc......
    I'm not sure if its a loan or HP. Any idea how I'd be able to find out?

    Check your paperwork with Black Horse, there does tend to be confusion between loan and HP;
    • If loan, check it is unsecured. if it is, it's included in BR. OR then decides what to do with vehicle
    • If HP, and negative equity, then OR will have no interest, and then down to HP company to decide.
