Hi
I also took out a morgage with Halifax only to find I had a default on my credit file. My FA was very helpful and arranged through Halifax a morgage with Birmingham Midshire a susiduary company of Halifax. I have now had this for 4yrs and the rates have now come into line with other lenders. Hope this helps all is not lost yet.;)Feb: Moon Calendar, T-Shirt, Paintball Experience, Concert Tickets, a snog!!
