Not wanting to get into a religious argument, but Christians are some of the most judgmental people on the planet, so it's just karma that they get judged back a few times.

Ahem, Guys as I've said before the freebie forum is not the place for debating about religion.

    GOING OFF-TOPIC

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: While it’s easy to wander off-topic that often prevents newbies finding the information they want quickly and easily (please see this rule). Please keep this thread on topic. If you’d like to discuss non-MoneySaving related topics please continue your discussion in The MoneySavers Arms or Discussion Time. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

Please grow up and take your judgements elsewhere.

No offence but if you post anything religious you have to expect people to debate it.. Trying to think of something else really bad that would spark up debate but all I could really think of was if you offered a free prostitute, its a freebie, it would offend most, and spark debate.

Why? If someone posted a freebie or whatever for someone in a religion other than my own, I wouldn't even think twice about it let alone comment on it. It's completely unnecessary. This wasn't a comment or a question that needed debating, just an offer to those that read the Bible, there was nothing in the OP's post that warranted debate.

Please take a look at Martin's post regarding religious freebies.

In particular please note this point:
It's a simple freebie, this is a freebie forum please don't comment otherwise

This is a welcome freebie. If you want to post about other freebies, or 'how easy or difficult it is to download - feel free. If you want to object about the fact it is here. Then I've noted your objections and I disagree absolutely. If you aren't happy to accept this, then I suggest you no longer use the site.

Whatever comments people want to make to me/about me (!) for posting this they can do so. I was brought up (and I am [very] glad about it),

a: not to make personal remarks

b: not to hurt people's feelings and to

b: treat others how you want to be treated yourself

These are simple and kind ways in which to live.

Nowadays it would be called 'respecting others'.

I don't care if this sounds preachy or pious. I am sickened by the nastiness on a post here. I have seen this sort of comment by various users on other similar threads. I am not religious but do respect & understand the beliefs of others.

A healthy debate in some some subjects is o.k. but I just can not understand the rudeness and narrow mindedness of some people or the need to question, debate & insult instead of just respecting other peoples beliefs.

This is a forum for people to post freebies. If you don't want to send off for them, then don't, but there is no need to criticise or insult the poster.

If someone has bothered to post, even if you don't want it, you can still press thanks for their time and trouble for posting or if you don't want to do that, just go on to the next thread.

It is good to see that others don't welcome such comments. lorweld has posted really good advice regarding forum etiquette and KittenMc's posts are good, balanced and levelling comments.

I know in a way I am bumping the negative on here by posting but just wanted to say to some, leave others alone. Just enjoy life and be happy to be here.

The OP has posted this in good faith, and we all have our own views re religion and our beliefs.

This is not something that should be discussed on a freebie thread.

    Thanks for posting OP...
