quick question

This is probably more hypothetical but here goes

Back in Oct 2005 I had a solicitor come after me for a credit card debt to put a charging order on my house I asked for a cca which I never got, come December we went to court and he turned up with what I thought at the time was the cca and the charging order was granted.
We sold the house in 2007 and the debt was paid Just over £4000
I know more now a lot more than I did then.
So my question is if the cca was invalid would it be worth trying to get my money back.

Do you still have a copy of the CCA? (I mean the one the solicitor turned up with )

Personally, I don't know about the CCA, but have you claimed back any fees and charges on the Credit Card?
If you don't get a response, then you might need to bump this thread up the board later on when some of the knowledgeable folk are about :D
