I am due to be made bankrupt next week and have made a start on the
Preliminary Information Questionnaire PIQB
forms the OR will expect me to complete following BR (trying to be organised).
My wife is going to petition her own bankruptcy next month and has made a start on her forms however my forms are a lot more intense. Under assets it asked about household furniture - do I have to list all this and can it be taken off me?? Why is it on the form if someone else petitions your br but not if you do it yourself?
Thanks for any help

I think this in case you have any expensive antique furniture or priceless Monet/Picasso! Only interest is these types and any costly high tech equipment like plasma TV etc

Thank you, I was beginning to worry a bit then. We do have a plasma but it is a few years old now and hardly worth much, in fact it was paid on my wifes credit card so technically if she owns it do I have to list?0

As long as you have the proof that is ok.
I had a plasma but sold it pre-BR to pay bills OR was happy with amount I received and way spent.
