Well in the midst of an argument with Eon re:electric post BR.

I made 1 payt by DD 3 weeks pre-BR part of which was payment of arrears include in Br balance for forthcoming bills.
They want to keep this money! I argued that I am willing to pay balance after deducting this amount. told them I intend to complain anyway as account handled badly for years! All contact via my mobile and letters posted from work.

  • Sorry for any confusion!

Had electric arrears post christmas...phoned EON end jan 2008 set up DD for £120 pm to include arrears and future consumption DD set for May BR date arranged end of May ...had to wait 'til june 25th cancelled DD but 1 payment made..all the arrears wre included in BR. I contacted Eon who have a BR section (on hold for 25 mins and NOT a 0800 number) advised details stated they would apportion usage to 25th then change account number.(Well the problems there!!!!!)
so all my arrears to 25th in BR but what about my £120!

Either I should be refunded OR credit to payments on new a/c to final bill (house repo)

Hope this explains.....where is the INN when you need it!!!!
