Self-employed mortgage help

Options
Hi,

I'm been self employed around a year and don't have the best credit history, (a few missed personal loan payments and occasionally overdrawn).

Is it possible to get a mortgage with little proof of income? I have a 75% deposit and require a relatively small mortgage.

Thanks for any help.

Im sure someone would give you a mortgage with having such a high deposit. But how much deposit do you have? 75% has to be 75% of an amount!!!
Go and speak to a mortgage advisor - do you have your years books? There are still self certification mortgages out there, they're higher than standard mortgages tho although not by that much
