Hi, sorry if iv spelt that wrong!!
I really would like some advise, my farther`s business will be going into liquidation on the 11th feb or there about, we tried everything to save it but no joy
my brother has worked for him for about 12 years and wants to carry on the same type of business, we have spopken to the landlord who is happy for him to remain in the same place, we are just worried about the leagality of it all, we dont want to do anything we`r not supposed to!
would my farther be able to sell the business to my brother? it would be for a very small amount just for few fixtures and fittings, around £1000
would my farther then be able to work for my brother part time??
any help on this I would be very greatful

 MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

            Hi Stacey,
Is it a limited company, or a sole trader?
Your dad or brother can call the business debt line, they will be able to advise the best way to go.
