Need free FTP Hosting service

I want to find a free ftp host which will allow me to upload some files( a few hundred MB) so that I can dish out usernames and passwords to friends who I want to have access to those files. I have searched a bit via google but I don't think that there is anyone out there who will provide this service for free. Unless an MSEer knows different?
