Dark Knight lost prize, excellent replacement

I recently posted about a missing win. In this case some Dark Knight goodies, nothing much really, perhaps £30 worth. The win never arrived and after some time I emailed the organiser, no reply to my first two emails. The third email got a reponse with a forwarded note from the Promo company, offering a replacement above the origional value of the prizes. A few weeks later I recieved 3 Xbox 360 games and 3 Wii games, along with a Dark knight t shirt. Also a note to say I was waiting on a signed poster. the poster has now arrived, signed by Heath Ledger, Christain Bale, Gary Oldman, Arran Eckhart and Director Chris Nolan.
I am extremely pleased with all this as I am sure anyone would be. It also goes to prove that prizes do go accidentially go missing and a polite email cane go along way.

Well Done on your win. Yes, you're right I had to wait ages for a DVD - Months. I kept phoning company and they told me that they would be sending stuff out. Eventually, they sent me an extra DVD for having to wait so long!0

Soooooo jealous!!! The signed poster will be worth a fortune!!! I popped into an autograph shop in London on wednesday and they had a picture of Heath Ledger as the joker with a signed card underneath and it was priced up at £350!!!! Thats his autograph alone! x2008 Total: £3232.46!!
