Chocolate Indulgence Set worth £250

Hi All, this is my 2nd comp win http://www.channel4.com/food/competition/indulge-yourself-with-a-pamper-pack-from-mars-08-11-24.html
I never got contacted by CH4 to tell me I'd won the box just arrived today! Nice surprise, I couldn't even remember where I entered the comp however when I checked the contents some things were missing (socks & eye mask + 2 of the chocolate drinks). I've emailed CH4 to see what they say. Has anyone else experienced anything like this, do they have to provide exactly what's advertised as the winnings???? Well done on your win - perhaps it's a different competition though - the one you linked to was posted by darcy13 here and you didn't thank that one, so I would guess you didn't enter, & perhaps your prize is a different comp

I also won this but I had a battered and open box & the socks and a drink were missing, considering the value of the prize it was very badly packed but a fantastic prize anyway and I wasn't expecting anything.

I didn't enter the comp based on info from the MSE website which I should have noted in my original post hence why no thanks was mentioned! However because some prizes were missing I thought the comp experts on MSE would know what happens in such situations......
