Today I received 2 sample bars of chocolate (1 to eat myself and the other to use as a promo) - given to me by a business that prints personalised wrappers for chocolate bars. I also managed to acquire a free book called The Business Coach which retails at £24.95 - I got it because I shoved my hand up when the room was asked who wanted the book:cool:

DHC samples - what on earth do you do with whitening essence? I am pale enough already. Will it make me like Michael Jackson? I could not find it in the catalogue to establish what it was exactly.

OH has received his free Seeds of Change choccy from Bzz now - we scoffed mine last week. I would prefer it without the annoying little fruity bits that get in your teeth.
