No freebies through the post but had a good day in town using free coupons - got 500ml cherry vimto (£1.15), huggies nappies (£5.98), 2 x airwick air fresheners (£5.98), doritos and dip (£2.98), diamond strength nail hardener (worth £8.45!) - so all in all a good (if a little bit hot) trip to town!No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!

anyone know what debenhams are like for customer service? and what about wetherspoons? two genuine complaints. thank you in advance
I had to write to Debenhams regarding a reduced sticker that once removed lefts a nasty black stain on the top I had bought, they replied saying we are sorry and we will look in to changing our stickers, basically fobbing me off lolIt is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for something you are not.

I wrote to Wetherspoons recently to compliment one of the staff because she sorted out a rubbish meal I was served, and the letter back had no mention of it, just an apology about the food (no voucher)!
