    I've just received a 2010 Calender from Trex (the vegetable fat people). At least it's giving me a laugh, we're only into the 6th month of 2010 so not as if it's too late.....

    The recipes are quite nice, but i'll probably substitute the Trex for proper butter, not sure whether the stuff is trans fat or not!
