I thought this warranty was very good and was definately one of the most important factors to me when buying a laptop as my last one broke down after 1 year and 1 month, they sent me all the small print for the warranty later, which i only skimed though.
The laptop hasn't broken, but i was checking back through the small print and in that email it says that the warranty for laptops is 1 year, and 3 years for desktops.
I have contacted them about this and they confirm the warranty for laptops is one year.
I feel a bit cheated about this as i thought i was clearly buying a product with 3 year warranty. I have taken a screenshot of the customisation page of the laptop i bought so if they change it i have proof that it said 3 years.
