Who are my creditors?

Hi all once again. Firstly, thanks for all the advice so far.
I now need to know how to find out who my creditors are. Basically, they have been passed about so much recently, I have no idea who they are seeing as I have had no contact with them. Is there any easy way of finding out or would I need to ring individual companies to find out? But as I say, chances are that they have been passed on time and time again!
Thanks.

Hi
If you get your credit refeence reports, you can find out who owns the debts now. I would then advise that you also send a CCA request to everyone who contacts you for a credit card, catalogue or loan debt. This ensures that they actaully do have the right to collect the debt.
creditors are supposed to write and tell you if they are selling a debt but a lot seem to forget. it is against OFT Guidelines for more than one company to chase a singel debt.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
