What does this footnote mean please

I think my footnote as changed it now says this does anyone know what it means please, ( I could just be being bit thick), thanks for readingThe bankrupt’s Discharge Date is in accordance with Section 279(1) of The Insolvency Act as amended by Section 256 of The Enterprise Act 2002

Think it is also about when bc was 3 years and now it's 12 mths.
