where to get a specific umbrella for the cheapest

Hi
I saw an umbrella in collectables on saturday for £16.99 (reduced from £19.99) but being MSE I decided not to get it. But I have regretted it ever since! Someone has now offered to buy me it as a gift as they forgot my birthday, I went in to get it but they were all gone, I asked if they had any and described it (its a frilly umbrella with a crook) and she told me it was made by a specific company. But I have forgotten the name of the company! Spent two hours trying to find out but still no further forward. The name has two words and the first was an animal (think it began with b or p) and I remember thinking it was a weird name!
Can anyone help me at all?! I would really appreciate it.
