i work for argos, and we get 15 mins paid for 4hrs works, 30 mins for 6hrs work (15 mins paid, 15 unpaid), or 1 hr (unpaid) and 2x 15 min breaks (one paid, one unpaid...i *think*) for shifts exceeding 8hrsknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

where I work..we are on flexi so can have as long as we like for lunch. Our contract says 37 hours paid..however if you work out the hourly rate we actually get paid for 42 hours..therefore we are being paid for the 1 hour lunch as well. Part timers do not get paid for lunch but get a higher hourly rate to compensate.I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes
