Hi
I am having a cooking day and going through things to be used up and i have found the following;
2 cabbages (the crinkley ones)
onions
1 pot of single cream (to be used today)
3 bars of white cooking chocolate
1/2 bar of milk cooking chocolate
lots of butter
1/2 bag of currants
I also have the general stocks of other stuff to add including 1 double cream and another single cream.
any ideas on how to use this up would be welcome (probably not a good idea to have chocolate cabbage :rotfl: )
Thanks in advance
Suzanna

I think its normally double cream you use for choc truffles, you could try single but im not sure how they would turn out.
