Hi there folks
Our two year fixed rate mortgage runs out in May (rate of 5.4%).
When we fixed the mortgage two years ago we were told that at then end of the period we would go onto the SVR of 6.1%.
What I want to know is, will they put us straight on to that rate or will we get their current SVR which is alot better...4.4% (Natwest).
Thanks in advance,
