hi loopgirl
been extremely busy, could u tell me how much weight the ICE have over the csa?0 -
I'm not entirely sure to be honest. From what I have (mainly on here), they do seem to have some clout over the CSA particulary as they are independant.
Kelloggs is online just now, she may pop into the thread and I'm sure she will be able to give you a more clearer answer.0 -
ok thanks again, not got the ICE's recommendations to the CSA, as im at work just now, but they have around 8 recommendations for the CSA and even they couldnt get some info they needed from the CSA!! The CSA have until Feb 9th to fully answer0

Oooohhh...sounding good for your case then. Fingers crossed

I can't say how effective ICE are - my personal experience is with the Parlimentary Ombudsman which were good! I have heard good and bad about ICE - I would suggest you contact NACSACHAIR and ask what she recommends as I think she has more experience in this area.0

Hi Markymark
Knowing the CSA they will probably wait until the last minute to provide answers to ICE.
I second Kelloggs post. I have no experience of ICE either. The govt sneaked in that one cannot bypass ICE and go straight to the Parliamentary Ombudsman. My experiences ( two ) have been very good with the PO.
Therefore if you are not happy with ICE's conclusion then your next port of call is the PO.
Can't answer your question about phasing, I'm afraid.
Good luck with ICE.0 -
ok thanks for your answers folks, seems im getting somewhere at last0
