Bit worried forgot to add a creditor

Hi to all,

I need a bit of advice went br on 23/12/08:j

I was just got my credit report and i have noticed that i have forgotton to put down a creditor and i dont know what to do about it anybody have any ideas?

just tell yor OR about it, either by letter or during the interview. They will need creditor's name address reference and amount owed. Its nothing to worry about.

Hello and welcome to the board.....

Your bankruptcy covers all unsecured debt up to the date of your BR.
The others will put it much better than me but you should send the details to the OR handling your case.

Agree - its not a great problem. You are not the first person and wont be the last! The ORs are aware that its an emotional time and creditors can get left off. Its also the reason why your BR is a public affair, so that creditors can check for themselves.

If you have received your pack from your OR yet, then his.her email address shoudl be on it, so just email them with your BR reference and as many details that you have for the debt as possible.
