will my creditors try to take possession of these goods?

I've just been advised by the CAB to file for bankruptcy soon as a home-based business venture hasn't worked out despite contantly pumping funds into it. However, I've bought some electrical goods in the sales from argos (LCD flat screen and labtop) paid for on my mastercard. Will the creditors of that mastercard organise for baliffs or any other authority to try to take possession of these goods from me once I file.
Thanks...

No. Simply not. The creditors cannot touch any item bought on the credit card.
However, your official receiver may be interested depending on how much the goods are valued at and how soon between purchase and BR it is.0 -
I spoke to National Debtline (extremely helpful and highly recommended) last night who said they rarely touch things like that if the cost to resell them might be more than the goods are worth. For example there is the cost of transporting the goods from your home to an auction house and the cost of getting all electrical equipment safety checked.
The only things are stuff like expensive antiquesMoney, money, money. Must be funny, in a rich man's world. :rolleyes:0
