  • Hi , Just a quick question please , I am busy Listing unsecured Creditors on the online forms , If the debt is now with debt agencies do I put the name of original creditor then the name and address of debt agency ? or do I need to put name and address of original creditor ?
    Thanks
  • You need to fill in the name of the company the debt was originally with but then put the address of the DCA who the debt is with now. Thats what I did on my bankruptcy forms.

I would put who the debt is now with. When creditors sell on debts they become nothing to do with them. You could put in brackets who the debt was with originally, but not sure it matters as long as it is listed.Dx
