I have left my job as baggage handler voluntary due to unsocial able hour and back pain due to heavy lifting ,Do I qualify for jobseekers allowance or other benefit my wife is not working as well

You cam Claim JSA but whether or not you get paid depends on your reasons for leaving your last job.

Both you and your last employer will be asked the reasons why the job terminated. If the decision maker determines that you left your job without good cause, you could have a sanction of up to 26 weeks.

You will be paid JSA while the Decision section is looking at your case. Even if the decision goes against you, you can ask for it to be reconsidered, especially if you want to provide some info you didn't provide before. Something like a doctor's letter will support your case. Even if the decision is still negative, you can then make a full appeal.
