Check chill factore

We recently tried to book for the chill factore using their website and after three attempts we gave up and did it over the phone. However, when we consulted our bank statement (as I'm sure you all do) we discovered that even though there was an error on the website, they had still taken the money each time. After much wrangling, i have finally got the overcharged amounts back but not received anything for my inconvenienc, phone charges, bank charges etc.
What i am saying therefore is please check your bank statements if you have tried or indeed booked for chill factore recently as this is surely not just us.
