Bargain Dyson bits

Came across these whilst looking for Dysons at Argos (apologies if already posted, don't remember seeing them before)

Zorb cleaning kit at ~£5 looks to be a bargain (though don't know if it's any good, but at that price what have I got to lose) - just for the Zorb powder alone on the Dyson site is £8.

Matress cleaning tool - suitable for all Dyson models;

    Thanks for post, just wanted to quote a line for the Zorb kit:

    "Only suitable for use with Dyson upright cleaners."

    Cheers, just reserved both to go with our new DC14
  • Mrs Dingdang has just been looking at the Argos site and the Zorb cleaning kit has now gone up to £19.95! lucky I got 3 a couple of days ago for £4.95 each.

    The matress brush is still £4.95 (apparently was £19.95) bagged one of these as well.

    The Zorb cleaning kit is for new carpets!! I bought it from Curry's for £20, for my lounge carpet, but it didn't work!!! Was going to return it, but still lying in a cupboard somewhere!!

    I mistakingly reserved two zorb cleaning kits from Coventry City Arcade store ( as it turns out the last 2 in the store as they are showing out of stock now ).

    I picked up the one I wanted today, but still have the other reserved until Monday ( at 5.30pm when the store closes )

    The spare reservation is free to a good home ... just PM me.
  • that Zorb cleaning kit is the biggest pile of crap i have ever tried to use! followed the instructions, left it for 30 mins and then hoovered away....looks no bloody different but smells of the powder stuff!

    Well you and me both must be doing something wrong. I tried it twice and if I'd to rate it, it would definitely be a 0/10. What a waste of time and money.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

    Nope, not only you. Tried it, did nothing to clean the carpets. They only ended up stinking of the powder. Useless.
