Just called. Despatch date for mine was also 22/1 but now moved back to 2/2 - not informed of this at all. Anyway, yesterday morning i called them to get courier details as I was out all day - it's Home Delivery Network Limited. However, they get the item straight from the suppliers who aren't necessarily Marshall Ward.

Well I ordered one and had a delivery date for the 22nd Jan, just checked my order information and there is no information in there!! Doh!! Will now have to check my account to see if the money has come out. Not the best customer service I must say.

I've just gone online to check my account, had no contact from Marshall Ward at all. My delivery status is still saying 'by 22-01-09' but I've just been told by MW that it could be up to 3rd Feb, and I should have been told by letter (which obviously I haven't!) Why couldn't they just update their online order status page?

My brothers order is currently going to be delivered on the 23rd april
Yet people who ordered after him have got a sooner date looks like there not doing it in any particular way :rolleyes: needless to say we will cancel the order.

ordered with Additions,they debited the full amount from my account-30 to refund upon receipt of item. Original delivery date 23/01, letter received on Wednesday changed date to 2/04. Rang to cancel, its pathetic, have to wait 5-7 days for refund. I will be going to shop as soon as I find one in stock and buying wii fit then and there. Never again.
