Depending how quickly you want it you could wait and keep an eye out for one on https://www.boffer.co.uk or https://www.grabitnow.com as they have USB stick come up quite often at good prices.
But failing that I would check https://www.play.com and https://www.memorybits.com as they seem to be the cheapest around and most reliable.
I've ordered several times from memorybits and always had my order the following day.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

If all you are transfering is documents, and you are likely to lose it again at some point in the future, i'd suggest you go down to your local pound shop - you should be able to pick up an obsolete 256mb/512mb for £1.0
